The Rochester Headquarters of the Martial Art Fitness Centers is a state-of-the-art training facility with a total of more than 6,000 square feet of training space. The studio doubles as the National Headquarters for the Korea/USA SimMuDo Association.

The exterior of the building was remodeled in 2003, with an entirely new front and signs, and a spacious newly paved parking area. The studio has a convenient location, near the intersection of US Hwys 63 and 52, and only 10 minutes from Interstate 90.

The main floor is more than 2,500 square feet of training area, completely covered with a brand new BioCushionTM hardwood floor. The BioCushionTM flooring is a special floating hardwood with rubber spacers underneath. These spacers help absorb impact from jumping and falling, reducing the stress on joints by up to 60%.

There is ample seating room around the main floor for spectators, and a professional-grade built-in sound system for martial arts demonstrations and social activities. The main office area looks out onto the main floor, and the recently refinished men's and women's bathrooms are adjacent. Pop and water are available from the machine near the women's restroom.

The second training area is approximately 1,500 square feet of well-padded flooring suitable for throwing and grappling techniques. This is where much of the Hapkido and self-defense training occurs. Also in this area are the men's and women's locker rooms, and two large office spaces.
