Jeremy D. Anderson - Instructor

Training since 1992, Mr. Anderson has background in Taekwondo, Judo, Hapkido, KongSooDo, and Shotokan Karate.  Mr. Anderson is currently an Associate Master with the American Institute of Taekwondo and San-Mai, as well as a visiting instructor and rank examine.  He also is the director and head instructor for Cypress Martial Arts.  Mr. Anderson currently teaches Taekwondo for the Martial Arts Fitness Centers, Inc. and Cypress Martial Arts.

AREAS OF PRIVATE TRAINING:

Self-Defense: Learn to deal with a variety of attacks through effective escapes and responses to grabs, strikes and threats. Develop throws and takedowns from martial arts of Hapkido and Judo.

Promotion Test Preparation: Refine and polish your technique under the watchful eye of a private instructor. This will greatly improve your level of performance on a promotion test.

Weapons Defenses: Knife Defense, Blunt Weapon Defense, Firearms Defense. Learn evasion, trapping, disabling the assailant, and disarming techniques from the arts of Hapkido, Taekwondo, Judo, and Yusool.

Free Sparring: Develop offense and defense, your reflexes, footwork and body mechanics of free sparring. These free sparring techniques are taken from the art of Taekwondo.

Forms Training: Improve your focus, balance, speed, and power of your Taekwondo forms. Also learn the hidden self-defense applications included in many of the movements of your forms.
