The Martial Art Fitness Centers, Inc. of Rochester, MN USA, sponsored the October 2005 Korean Masters Seminar taught by GrandMaster Song, Pan Kon and Master Kim, Jong Sung with the Korea Simmudo Association headquartered in Shiheung, S. Korea. In addition to the three-day seminar in Rochester, a special youth seminar and evening seminars were conducted at Spring Valley Martial Arts and the Karate Studio of Albert Lea.

Over 100 seminar participants trained in: Taekwondo, 1-step sparring, Yudo/Judo, Hoshinsul, Weapons Defense, Ki Development, WTF Black Belt Poomse, Simmudo Hyung, and Kyuktooki.

The week-long seminar concluded with a Martial Arts Show by, students, black belts, and master level performances. The high light of the show was a forms and Hoshinsul demonstration by Master Kim Jung Song from Shiheung, South Korea.
