The 2003 annual Korean martial arts seminar was held at the Martial Art Fitness Centers, Inc. of Rochester, MN. During the seminar, June 23-28, 2003, over 150 people from Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Florida, and England had the opportunity to train with the President of the Korea SimMuDo Association Grandmaster Song, Pan Gon assisted by Master Kim, Jong Gu. The training consisted in the fundamental elements of SimMuDo: striking, throws, joint locks, and weaponry.
