Cardio Kickboxing is for people of every age, size, shape and fitness level, both male and female, old, young, short or tall, fit or not-so-fit. All you have to do is agree to give it your best. Come try an introductory session free of charge and get started on your way to resistance, functional, and cardiovascular training, yoga, and weight loss!
